Precision Wash is a locally owned, fully insured pressure washing company serving Southwest Florida. Most of our work comes from neighbors and referrals — which keeps us honest.
We started Precision Wash because the bar was low.
Most of our customers had a story about a previous pressure washing company — someone who didn't show up, blasted paint off their stucco, or padded the invoice at the end. That doesn't need to be the standard.
We invested in the right equipment instead of the cheapest. We trained on chemistry, not just pressure. We built the company around a tight menu of services so we could go deep on each one, instead of saying yes to everything.
The result is a clean that lasts longer, costs what we quoted, and gets recommended down the street. That's the whole business.

The simplest standard, and the one most companies fail. We confirm the window, we arrive in it, and we tell you the second anything changes.
Match the tool to the surface.
Roofs and stucco get soft-wash. Pavers and concrete get high-output surface cleaners. Wood, screens, and signage get hand attention.
Leave it better than we found it.
Plants rinsed, gates closed, hoses coiled, water sources confirmed off. The unglamorous part of being someone you'd call back next year.
Quote what we'll charge.
If we miss something on the walkthrough, that's our problem, not yours. No ‘extra dirty’ surcharges and no surprise trip fees.
